Between 1973 and 1979, the
proof sets were packaged in a hard plastic case with a red background
inside a black box. The lid on the plastic case could be folded
back so that the set could be displayed sitting up.
The 1976 3-Piece Silver Proof Set
was packaged differently, as pictured.
All of our proof sets and their
packaging are in mint condition, as issued.
