Midway through proof
set production in 1955, the Mint began packaging proof sets in
flat, transparent cellophane housed in a yellow envelope. Many
collectors prefer these sets in their original packaging. Other
collectors have placed their sets in any of a number of different
holders with Capital Plastic's Proof Set Holders being the most
popular (see above). You may choose which you prefer from the
following list.
