Lincoln Mark I through Lincoln mark VIII

This lovely and scarce set of Lincoln Mark silver bars was a Collector's Gift to those who bought one of the "Collector's Edition" Mark VIII automobiles in 1998.

Each set was personalized with the VIN number of the Mark VIII purchased.

The set consists of (8) 1.2 Oz pure silver bars for a total of 9.6 ounces of silver. It comes complete with the case of issue and the COA.

The leather case has seen better days, but the bars are mint.

This set was purchased from the original owner who acquired it in 1998 when he purchased his Lincoln MarkVIII, "Collector's Edition".

There is nothing on the bars or in the COA to identify the minter and I have so far not been able to find out who minted these.
