Sets of Silver Rounds & Bars

Sets of sterling silver and/or pure silver rounds and ingots are offered in this section. The sets come with the original folder or case of issue and often the supporting information issued with it. The medals and ingots are in mint condition while the folders show some age and evidence of handling. There may be some toning or tarnish on some of the pieces, but the medals are otherwise as issued. Shipping & insurance charges are added on at checkout and are based on the total amount of your order from our site (see chart at bottom of this page). The value of these silver sets is directly related to the current value of silver. Due to extreme volatility in the silver market, River City Coins reserves the right to reject and refund any order at our discretion. Longines Symphonette America's Natural Legacy Series of 36 Endangered Species Wildlife Medals Wittnauer Precious Metals Guild (1973) This beautiful set of 24K Gold on Sterling Silver rounds depict 36 different forms of wildlife considered to be endangered in the wild. The medals were designed by Joseph Di Lorenzo and Marcel Jovine. They were produced by The Wittnauer Precious Metals Guild and marketed by the Longines Symphonette in the early seventies. Treasury of American Folklore 24 Ingot Collection Hamilton Mint 1975 This collection of 24 one ounce pure silver ingots was minted with a Proof finish by the Hamilton Mint in 1975. This set features some of the most well known characters, both real and fictional, from America's past. Norman Rockwell's Four Freedoms Set Hamilton Mint (1974)   This four ingot collection features Norman Rockwell's Four Freedoms. These were minted by the Hamilton Mint in 1974. These were minted and issued by the Franklin Mint between 1960 amd 1970. The obverse of each medal depicts the President as they appeared when holding office. E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial Rarities Mint 4-Piece Proof Sets These 4-piece proof sets were minted in a limited edition in 1988 by the Rarities Mint with the authorization of Universal Studios. The rounds depict ET and scenes from the 1982 movie. We are offering both the one ounce and half ounce versions of the set. Both sets come in the case of issue with the COAs. These rounds copy designs of St. Gaulden's patterns for his most widely acclaimed coin designs, the $10 Indian, $20 St. Gaudens and the gold American Eagle coins.
