1934 Maryland Tercentenary Commemorative Half Dollar PCGS MS-66

 The Maryland commemorative half dollar was minted in 1934 to mark the 300th anniversary of the founding of the Maryland Colony by Cecil Calvert (Lord Baltimore). The coin was designed by Hans Schuler and features the facing head of Lord Baltimore on the obverse and Maryland's coat of arms on the reverse. Mintage was 25,015.

This beautiful Maryland half dollar is sharply struck with outstanding blast-white lustre and no discernible contact marks.
