This collection of 100 ingots was minted
by The Franklin Mint between 1976 and 1984 to commemorate the
greatest events and heroes of America's air and space achievements
over the last 200 years. The subjects honored were selected by
the experts of the National Space Institute of Arlington, Va.
The National Space Institute issued the collection. The 100 solid
sterling silver ingots contain a total of 95 ounces of pure silver.
This collection is housed in four trays of 25 ingots
each in a custom case and comes with descriptive information
on each ingot and the event honored. The case and ingots are
in mint condition and will be delivered in the original shipping
box. The ingots are choice proof.
This is one of the nicest and most extensive collections
of Air & Space ingots one could hope to acquire. River City
Coins has only the one set available. If you would like additional
information about the events honored, please phone us at 573-334-1108.
Please phone 573-334-1108 or email rvrcoins@swbell.net
