The great American Norman Rockwell produced a legendary
body of work inspired by his lifelong interest in the young people
of our country. Rockwell designed this collection of 12 medals
that captures the spirit of today's Girl Scout movement.
In creating the original works of art for this
series, Rockwell focused on the ideals of today's Girl Scout
Movement as expressed in the Girl Scout Promise, the Law and
the Motto.The obverse depicts the substance and spirit of the
Girl Scout Tenets. The reverse is inscribed with the official
wording of the Girl Scout Law. The complete set of 12 medals
contains 7 troy ounces.
