In 2002, the China Mint stated that the 2001 design
would be used on future editions of the Panda coin series but
apparently changed their mind and decided to incorporate a new
design in 2003. We are glad they did although we feel that the
2001 design was one of the most beautiful designs to date.
At this time we
do have a limited number of year 2003 pandas in stock, but please
do not order more than one of each size without checking with
us first.
