Early Washington Pieces

The coins and tokens on this page are known as Washingtonia. They all bear very faithful likenesses of George Washington and were designed to honor our first President. Many of these were produced in England and many were made later than the dates on them. Several of these pieces were private patterns for proposed coinage contracts.

All of the medals offered have been authenticated as genuine by two specialists in this field and we guarantee that they are original and not reproductions.
